If you are an individual, you can book WifiAway directly from our website main page easily with a credit card. In case you have any doubt, you can fill out our contact form or write to contact@wifiaway.es

We also work with hotel chains, agencies, vacation appartments and other businesses. If you would like to work with us on a professional level, please please email us at empresas@wifiaway.es

We can send the 4G wifi device to any place you need in the Spanish Peninsula or Balearic Islands, provided there is someone who can receive it for you. This includes a hotel reception, an office, an appartment where there is someone who can receive it.

We also have one delivery point in Madrid Center (Príncipe de Vergara 97).

If you pick up the 4G wifi device from our delivery point, you can return it at the same place. If not, the 4G wifi device will come with a pre-paid, self-addressed envelope. You just need to drop it in a mailbox:

– You can drop it yourself in any regular mailbox on the street.

– You can also find mailboxes in most of the airports. In the following links you will find the location of airport mailboxes at the Madrid and Barcelona airports (Madrid – Barcelona).

– You can also ask the hotel receptionist to send if for you.

– In case you forget to send it back, you can send the 4G wifi device by any means at your expense (additional expenses may be charged in case it arrives with a delay).

We take lots of care with our 4G wifi devices, but in the unlikely event that the WifiAway 4G wifi device arrives damaged or in poor condition, please, let us know as soon as possible and it will be immediately replaced by another one, or you will receive your money back in case it no longer makes sense for a short stay.

Our WifiAway 4G wifi device connects to the mobile operator that has the best 3G/4G coverage in the country. Furthermore, the antenna of our 4G wifi devices is more powerful than most Smartphones, so they reach coverage where many Smartphones don’t.

If you book WifiAway and discover you don’t reach coverage, please try to place it in different places, next to windows. If that doesn’t work, please reach us within the first 24 hours and we will help you return your 4G wifi device and receive a refund.

Our 4G wifi devices can reach similar speeds to fibre connections. They are latest generation, and connect to the 4G network.

In places with good 4G coverage, we have tested our 4G wifi devices reaching real speed of up to 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (very fast!) although in theory the 4G network could lead to up to 150 Mbps of download and upload.

In places without 4G coverage, at 3G/HSDPA we reach real speed of up to 19 Mbps download and 4 Mbps upload. This speed is higher than most DSL Spanish connections.

4G coverage in Spain keeps expanding after the relocation of new frequencies and continued deployment. In any case, if you book WifiAway, and the coverage you obtain doesn’t suit your needs, contact us in the first 24h and we will help you return your 4G wifi device and receive a refund.

All of these speeds will last until you consume your data allowance. After that, the connection will turn really slow: you will at most be able to send WhatsApp messages and mails, but little more.

Of course! You can use Internet as you would do at home or at the office.

Yes, you will have Internet as you do at home or at the office. You will be able to use all your favorite websites and apps, such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Google Maps, Skype, Viber, etc…

You will just have to connect the Wifi network our 4G wifi device generates, and you will able to surf the web as you would do at home.

You will receive a charger together with your Wifi Away 4G wifi device so that you can charge it just as you would with your mobile phone.
